What are the cancellation penalties/fees for the tour?
- September 1, 2009 – December 31, 2009: 20% of the total tour cost
- January 1 – March 31, 2010: 50% of the total tour cost
- April 1 – June 1, 2010: 75% of the total tour cost
- After June 1, 2010: NO refunds shall be made

How many spaces are available for the Easter Island Tour?
The tour has a capacity for 105 people, on a double occupancy rooming basis
. Note: As of March, 2010, the tour has sold out, but you can request to be placed on a waiting list.

What does the price of the tour include?
- All hotel accommodations on Easter Island
- Round trip economy airfare to and from Easter Island from Santiago, Chile, on LAN airlines
- Approximately 1/2 of the meals on the tour, including a full breakfast daily and selected dinners (including a farewell luau and an eclipse day BBQ on site).
- All sightseeing and ground transportation on Easter Island, using local tour guides/subject matter experts.
- Eclipse site use on eclipse day, a series of pre-tour newsletters, and expert
technical/astronomical support both before and during the tour.
